Locally Sourced

At I Love Coco, the coconuts are all locally and organically grown in our own land. The coconuts are harvested and collected by our trusted local farmers and are graded and controlled of quality accordance with a set standard before they arrive at the processing plants for the processing procedure.

Coconut Processing

Each product requires a different processing process that will in turn ensure its quality and pave the way towards organic and fresh products. Primarily, the husk is removed to reduce the micro-organisms that are contaminated on the surface. To prevent further browning the coconuts are dipped in a solution.

Coconut Manufacturing

A step later from processing is perhaps the most endearing part of the production process. This step has coconuts crushed, filtered or dry under stringent rules and regulations and on the overseeing of trained professionals that go out of their way to check in on the quality and safety of the process at hand.

Quality Check

Every single after-product is subjected to a quality check by professionals in the field. It is our guarantee that each nut is checked thoroughly to ensure high quality products goes into the market. Agriculture chemicals, heavy metals and bacteria are checked in a modern laboratory with the latest technology.

Packaging Products

The last and final step of our production process involves the packaging material which is selected with absolute care and protection. Are products are packaged after being subjected to a structured quality control procedure and are stored in chilling rooms adapted with the latest technology until it reaches the consumer.

We have our own R & D laboratory and product development carry out according to the requirements of the consumers and following all food safety and regulatory requirements in globally. We apply internationally recognized Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and food safety. We ensure that ingredients, products and packaging materials are handled safely and that food products are processed in a suitable environment. Also, GMPs address the hazards associated with personnel and environment during food production. They provide a foundation for any food safety system. GMP covers all aspects of manufacturing, including standard operating procedures, people management and training, equipment maintenance, and handling of materials. We apply the internationally recognized HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system to ensure food safety under BRC and IFS guidelines. This prioritizes and controls potential hazards in food production and by controlling major food risks, such as microbiological, chemical and physical contaminants, the industry can better assure consumers that its products are as safe as good science and technology allows.
