USES

The curry made of it this called ‘polos’ in Sri Lanka and is a bit spicy too, but very nicely sour. Also used in curries or for preparing jackfruit chili, pulled jackfruit and jackfruit barbecue. It also makes a great filling for wraps and tacos.
